Great but need to understand if it’s what you need
It’s a great product with a key purpose however, you need to know if hip movement/flex ion is the cause of your swing problems. I tried it out and due to no issues with the hip, I felt it was pointless. But I used it on my dad and he could tell when doing a good swing form and bad one

Great little golf training aid for hip clearance
Seems easy enough to put on a belt loop and can be put on either side of the hip to promote better downswing and hip clearance. Not only for full swings but also using it for chipping to make sure my left hip pivots around and doesn’t remain square on through impact -

One of the poorest quality products I ve seen
I've been playing golf for over 35 years. This is without doubt one of the poorest quality training aids ( in terms of material quality and assembly ) I have ever seen. I am a manufacturing engineer myself and would estimate the material cost to be in the pennies....very cheap plastic and foam.Any professional golfer who endorses this must be being paid a LOT of money...maybe that's why it is ridiculously expensive for what it is?
