Absolutely love, love, love these phone screens. I have a Galaxy s9 and an iPhone X, both phone's are for business, so they are being constantly dropped etc. These screen protectors have held up many a times and it's only that screen that has cracked, more than a few times! Also, I prefer using the black privacy screens as I do a lot of crypto trading etc, just don't like people seeing what I'm writing on my phones. Great value and very easy to install.

This does what it says and I'm glad because I was skeptical. It comes with 2, and each has a cleaning wipe and dry cloth as well. Adhesive is good and I haven't had a problem with that. However, you do have to turn your touch sensitivity all the way up, which is typical with screen protectors. But, this specific one, even though the sensitivity is turned all the way up ( have a new phone) it sometimes doesn't read what I've touched, and sometimes the keyboard doesn't register with this thing on. Also I have not dropped my phone with it on and the protector has cracked on the side. But, easy to install and does black out the screen for privacy like it says

I originally received my 2 pack fairly quickly. installation of the item was a breeze but thats about the only good thing about the item.first one installed following instructions to the dot and the top drop down bar was really hard to make come down i had to go to one of the edges for it to slide down. to make matters worse it fell off after about a week. i dont even know where that one must of fallen off. I didn't notice it til i got home and saw there was no protector. i originally thought i must of done something wrong, luckyly i had a replacement.Second one installed using all instructions and same problem wiht the dropbar and keys i even modified it sliding it a little lower to have more access to top of phone but that didnt help. after about 3 weeks of having the screen on phone my youngest daughter dropped it from about maybe 2 feet as shes only 18 months and the screen protector came flying off.overall really poor quality on the adhesion 2 protectors gone in a matter of weeks.

Durable, looks great

I bought these screen protectors at the same time as buying an OtterBox case, since my old case wouldn't work with these. Within a week, the screen protector had a small crack in it, despite not dropping the phone at all. A few days later, the crack had split in two, and had grown to about 2 inches long. These screen protectors don't seem to be made of durable material, if they'll crack without any type of force or pressure. My phone lives either on a tabletop or in my pocket while standing or walking. Even when sitting, i take my phone or if my pocket, to ensure that there's no excessive pressure on it.I like the privacy aspect of the product, but they don't seem to be worth the cost, if they crack so easily.

I did have an issue with both screen protectors. I emailed the seller and was given the best Customer Service that I have had in a long time. I explained what the issue was and the seller replaced the screen protectors for me to try again. I did receive the new order within a few days. I immediately opened and tried one of them and it fit perfectly on my screen. I honestly believe that the first one I received was one that was damaged on the assembly line and was accidentally approved for shipping. All in all I am very appreciative for the service.
