Good product

After reading the reviews I was hesitant to purchase this cymbal case. Good thing I did because it is exactly how the seller describes it. This case will indeed hold up to a 22" cymbal (I have my 21" ride in it now.) I have a total of 8 cymbals with thin felt sheets in between, and still have room for more cymbals. I do not have a China but I could see it taking up more space which means less room for regular cymbals. I highly recommend this hard case!

Bought this to take on an airplane for a flight cross-country. Worked great! The hard plastic stands up well to being banged around, and the carry handle folds away nicely. This case is very light too. I didn't get to pick a color, but I got black.Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the time it takes to get your cymbals out. This is perfect for traveling with your cymbals, but it takes an extra 5 minutes to get your cymbals out and on your kit just because of the nature of the case. It also does NOT come with soft pads, or dividers. I created some of my own by cutting felt circles. This is essential if you don't want your cymbals to scratch.

My boyfriend finally broke down and got himself one of these cases. I know he’s very happy with this particular one. the reason I gave it four stars on price is because I know it’s not cheap , but I think he thought this price made it worth it and with more gigs lately he finally got himself one after many years. He’s real happy with it he said.

Good functional design at a decent price.

Professional and Semi-Pro Drummers, at some time if you buy this case it will fail. For me it was after the 11th gig. You will need to modify it (see picture). Yeah I thought maybe i could get buy with a cheaper one that would work, and when I got it, I was suspect because of the metal on plastic, but hell; I let it go and rode it out to see how long it would last. It was a back up cymbal case for me. It lasted exactly 11 gigs, and at 1am on this Saturday night (3/22/25) at a cool local bar in Madison,WI after my gig it totally failed on me and the screw separated from the plastic. I knew it would happen when I got the case, matter of time! And, yeah I drank some Tequila, so what!!!!! You need to do this modification when you get it OR just wait like I did and carry your case to your truck/car/van/bus the hard way and trash it or fix it when you get to the hotel or back home. Either way it WILL FAIL, no doubt. If you are over 40, you'll accept this failure as another one of those times you knew it was going to happen (and barred yourself again) , but didn't give a xx about it. If you are under 30, you'll be pissed because you knew, but were not sure ,and it cost you more money then you had. Now you are likely at some gig in bumbleF nowhere and realize your cymbal case if kaput! Have no fear, you can fix it (look at my picture). God bless all the local and touring drummers out there who will have to suffer from this design failure, especially if you have a gig with a fast breakdown. For those of you who just need a case for a couple gigs or a place to put your cymbals for once a month, this might do the trick, I doubt it though, for the rest of us, well....... there will be a time when you said this dude on Amazon was right. Got this for my husband as he had to travel with his cymbals - this case is so strong and sturdy! Just what he needed!
