I have a o, bowl of Scotts Poridge every morning for breakie,dosn't give me muscles like the guy on the packet the packet tho, be like the charles atlas course i sent for, they sent the coarse but forgot the body, after my porridge a cup of coffee and thats me set up for the day, great.
