Q: Has anyone taken an EMF meter to their mat?

Yes I have and the EMF reading on the mat itself is 0. The only EMF detected is at the plug. I lay with my head opposite of the plug to avoid exposure.

Q: can you sleep on this mat?

I don't think it is ideal to leave permanently on your bed for fire hazard reasons. That said, it is totally comfortable to sleep on. I add a sherpa massage table cover in addition to the factory cover and it is super comfortable.

Q: I’d like to purchase for body pain and am curious if it just feels like a heating pad or does it really get deep into the muscle?
