Used it to lower cholesterol and blood thinner because aspirin make me bruise all over. There are other health benifits like weight loss. If you cannot eat hot stuff because of reflux you have to eat when you take them.

Hmmm. Great bowel cleanse
I wanted to follow some of Dr. Oz and Jorge Cruise recommendations on cayenne. One pill with lunch at noon and by 7:30 pm it was like a hot lava volcanic explosion out my boot-tah! I generally can tolerate very hot salsas or extra hot chinese food so this came as quite the surprise! literally. Not sure if I need to ease into these pills or what for the longevity but who needs a enema when you got these.
