DO NOT BUY
The product has not worked since received. Contacted the seller and they pushed us off on to the Cannon warranty in less than 2 minutes. Saying it is a warranty issue, would not discuss replacing the unit. If you sell a product and it does not work, strait out of the box, we expect to have the unit replaced. Cannon sent out a service group that is not even certified to work on the units. So, the service group cannot get help from Cannon to figure out why the thing still won’t work. They have replaced 3 different pieces of hardware, and it is worse now. It is lying in pieces, ribbon cables will not stay connected, the tubes are full of air, the retention arms pop off when adding or changing the ink cartridges, the list goes on. It has been 3 weeks. Still waiting to get it fixed and the seller says it’s not his problem. And why would Cannon contact a service group that they will not support? This is now a $2,500.00 paper wait... that is lying in pieces on our floor. Not to mention the 3 weeks of lost productivity. As a small business, when you spend this kind of money, you expect a much higher level of customer service. Especially when considering that we would be buying their ink and print heads to use and maintain the printer.
