Abana Homes Ulmus Bonsai Plants Live in Pot for Home Decor - Diwali Gifts

This is my first bonsai and I was very excited to get one and more than that i'm happy that I have chosen Abana. I was curious to see how the plant would be delivered but surprisingly it was well packed and not even one leaf was damaged. They even whatsapped me about the caring instructions and were eager to know how the plant was doing. Overall its a good buy with cute ceramic base but I was expecting a planter tray but was little disappointed. Though I have used a square one it doesn't really fit the planter. Anyways thank you amazon and Abana for my first bonsai :)

The plant is not up to the mark, spent around 1400 for this plant and even road side nursery we can get good one with half the of price spent

The plant was superbly packed. Not a leaf nor a grain of soil fell or spilled. The soil was moist.This is a beautiful ulmus elm bonsai.I conversed with Pankaj over WA, and he is extremely knowledgeable and concerned person, thoughtful, patient and very helpful.

I purchased my first Bonsai , the Ulmus.It was a beautiful plant and has been growing well so far. Since two days I noticed, leaves turning yellow and numerous microscopic white insects in the soil and under the leaves. Tried contacting Abana Homes Helpline number and also on WhatsApp as stated that they continuously support the Customer. Grossly disappointed that no one responds to the calls and also no watering or any other instructions were sent with the plant. A standardised link given is of no help to a rank beginner. Customer Service is so poor in our country.

The plant seems to be dead. Most of the branches are dry, having no leaf. Rest of the very few leaves are completely dry, pale and have no life. Not a single leaf looks fresh or new. I made contact with the seller, who advised to wait for 2 months when new leaves will grow. I wanted their assurance to replace the plant if the same doesn't happen. I received no assurance. So I want to return the plant. The attached photos reveal that it will not enhance the beauty of my drawing room rather will do the opposite. I requst not to send such product in future. Please arrange to take return back.FURTHER I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM THE SELLER THAT IN WINTER THE PLANT LOOSES IT'S LEAVES AND DURING FEBRUARY/ MARCH NEW LEAVES GROW. I verified the fact in the net.

It is a very small plant with hardly any branches compared to the one shown on the product description. You can't make out whether this plant is 5 years old or 6 years old as mentioned on the product description. Overall, I am least satisfied with the plant delivered. Better to buy such plants from nurseries after seeing them physically. I wouldn't have bought it, if I have seen it physically. The seller has not provided any information on how to take care of a Bonsai plant.

I have few bonsai from the amazon already and I must say that this one on the best bonsais so far I have, this is a healthy plan full of leaves all over the place and give +ve energy across the living room. Thanks, Abana

Plant recieved in very good condition. But after aweeks the leaves started to dry. Don't know why. It seems it was repotted into pot just before shipping. Pls do send plants well established in the pot.
