GX25 Carburetor for Honda FG110 GX35 GX35NT HHT25S HHT35 HHT35S 25CC 4 Stroke Carb Replace 16100-Z0Z-034 Trimmer

This fit perfectly. Bolted right up and in place with no adjustments to idle screw on a GX25 motor for the Honda FG110 mini cultivator. Primer bulb needed some coaxing to start pulling fuel through, but after I got it working, it fired right up.

Unbelievable, new carb for $17 bucks , came with plug, fuel filter and lines, air filter. Fit perfectly. 2 pulls on the rope, fired right up. Service shop wanted $250 to $300 to fix. Easy peezy

Got my Honda string trimmer up and running. I bolted on the carb and started it right up. Was idling high but no big deal, will adjust it in the future. Came with 2 pieces of foam for the air filter but they didn’t fit. Also came with a spark plug, fuel line, and gaskets but I didn’t use that stuff just moved everything over from the original carburetor.

Easy install on my FG110. Started on first pull. After install all I had to do was adjust the idle a bit.Highly recommend.

Everything fit bolted right up. And now my Honda runs like a top.

It fits well and work well. Looks as good as the original part.

So 3 stars for performance and 4 stars for value. The good news is that it fit on the Honda tiller and it started up fairly easily. The carb appears well made and it came with the items listed. There is more than enough fuel line to replace everything, and it never hurts to have a new spark plug. However the air filter elements are incorrect (at least for this model of tiller). They can still be used if you fit them inside the housing a little differently.The big issue is idle. I noticed the screw appeared to be adjusted way, way high compared to the original carb- I assumed this was to make sure that it was easy to start the first time, and it was. The idle was so high that the tiller clutch was engaging without goosing the throttle, so a bit of a safety issue, but not a huge problem. The idle adjustment screw had to be brought down many turns to get back to a safe idle. And it didn't last. I ran it some more today and again had to adjust the idle; this time upward. After adjustment it only ran for a moment before it began surging up and down, so it appears that idle varies from use to use, and the only practical way to set it is for an average high and just deal with it. It is usable as is, and this is the time of year that I need it, so I will keep it, as it is still much less expensive than taking it in for service.

What can say. Great little carb kit!! I was running my rototiller in 30 minutes after it arrived in the mailbox. Great product!
