Best commercial pasta in the world
I'm biased because many years ago I imported Barillia into the UK and very nearly went to work for them as European Marketing Manager.The quality of all their pasta is second to none due to the extreme lengths they go to in quality control to ensure the mix of flours in every batch is identical in its chemical composition to every other and no, not all flour is the same.Being made with 100% durum wheat ensures that, provided you cook it for the time stated on the packet, it will always be perfectly al dente.

Favourite brand of linguini
Really happy that I can still buy my favourite brand of linguini of Amazon, as supermarkets here decided not to stock this product anymore. their loss. I will not be buying any other brand.

Not the real barilla linguine !! Sticky when cooked
Not good quality at all !!At first I thought it was just the packaging that was different (light blues) but when cooking , the linguine was so sticky that you would think it had melted cheese on them !!!
