and they're much cheaper than the brand name collets but I would prefer them made out of brass for durability.

Good replacement
My old pieces fit lost in a move. These were a great replacement. Just as good as originals.

Does not work for rimless
Only works for bullets like 357, 45LC etc. Does not work for rimless like 9mm, .308 or the like. Be careful on ordering replacements.

Too Thick To Fit Some Cases Like 7.62x39 Without Modification
This item fits many cases with a big taper above the rim but cases like 7.62x39 have a narrow rim where this collet will not fit without modification. I used a dremel tool to thin the area that was too thick and made it fit. This is the middle size collet that fits the most cases.
