at first i was trying this out in smoothies and i didn’t notice much a difference in supply but now that im back to work i mix it into my coffee it dissolves really well and you can’t even taste it if you add creamer and i went from pumping 3.5 oz to 6-7 oz ! each time and almost 9 oz right when i wake up it took about a week after constantly consuming it but it works and this is the only product im taking for my milk my baby used to feed on both sides to get full now he only feeds on one side of course i alternate sides and pump the one he’s not feeding (:

I’ve been using this for 2 months now and after the first day I noticed an increase in my breast milk supply as an exclusive pumper. I was usually right around 30oz per day and now am at 35oz. This stuff is pretty hard to stomach, it tastes horrible but it’s much cheaper than the “debittered” ones. I put a tablespoon in my coffee. My baby did not have any side effects from this product, but did with herbal breast feeding supplements (gas). Also, I recommend taking this first thing in the morning! At first I was taking it at night but was waking up during my 6 hour sleep stretch leaking.I use the Momcozy app to keep track of my production.

I bought this to make lactation cookies for some friends. It worked well for baking, although, like all brewers yeast leaves a slight “beery” aftertaste so just be aware of that if you aren’t expecting it!

I used this to help increase my supply I added it to my protein drinks. It did not have a bad taste like other brands I’ve tried and it helped with my supply.
