I love Nissin noodle cups. Even with the reduced sodium, 49% of your daily need per cup, it is still too high to eat every day. Still, I eat it once a week.

love all the cup noodles. not my all time favorite flavor but i like the pieces of veggies and small shrimp in it. not at all salty as some soups can be
