Collectors only
I love Rick James, I love Roy Ayers so an album with them both?! I was actually sold this album at a Roy Ayers gig. They obviously had a box of them to shift! It's a terrible album. It sounds like they had an afternoon to kill and so they made this. Suprised either of them put their names to it.

Very Bland Indeed
This is so dissappointing. I bought his two issues of Virgin Ubiquity: Unreleased Recordings 1978-1980, which were immensely sophisticated and professional. Here, sadly, you just get a contrived mess of dull, bland pop. I really wish that good, classy artists would just stick to what they do best, because, when Mr. Ayers is good, he's amazing! This, quite simply, is boring to listen to and should only be bought if you're a completist.
