Easy to use, super useful
Really easy to use and the flexibility lets it shape to your body, since we're all different. Very handy little device.

Useful in emergency circumstances
Small and compact easy to carry around discreetly, but awkward to use but is useful in certain circumstances i.e festivals, portable toilets.

Wish I'd got it years ago!
I so wish I'd gotten this sooner, as in like 20 years ago. I go hiking often and travel quite a lot so have done a lot of wild wees in my time and this would have saved me so much hassle. I was really surprised at how easy this is to use, I've used it already in a very awkward situation and it was soooo good. The instructions are clear but here are some tips that might help. I don't like to push it too firmly into my body as I think this crumples the funnel and can make it leak. I put the back close to my body and tip the front down to leave a tiny / small gap, that this is a very secure and reliable method. I have tried tipping the front end down more but this risk the wee flowing above the top edge. The main this is to have a slight gradient downwards, because gravity you know. Practicing in the shower and then over the toilet at home for a few days had me good to go!With the above method, I can wee without taking off my leggings / elasticated trousers by moving the waistband down to my hips and just pulling the front down. With a playsuit, this is a total godsend. I literally just pull my undies to the side, no need to get naked every time I need the loo. When I used it out walking, I had a tissue ready and a bottle of water to quickly rinse out.100% recommend.

Maybe I'm the wrong shape?
Actually, that's what my partner said. In anticipation of her camping hike we purchased this. Unfortunately a few tries in the shower cubicle proved that it is not faultless and leakages occur! Not to be too crude about it I suspect the local undergrowth or preferably abcence thereof has a part to play.

Great for hikers and campers
So much easier for the female hiker camper, no more looking for a bish when you can just go behind a tree. Life saver piece of kit

So easy to use
I was rather nervous when trying this out for the first time, especially as I have an over bath shower so couldn't try the device out in the shower as suggested. Having read reviews for the other model (Extreme) that mentioned liquid going onto clothes, I thought it best to test this one by removing all lower garments before using it at my bathroom toilet. I needn't have been worried because it worked perfectly. The way it is shaped makes it very easy to hold it in exactly the right position and the material it is made of means it is very comfortable to use. The only problem I found was getting my head around the idea of urinating standing up, as my brain's natural reflex in this position was to hold everything in, so to speak. Luckily, I quickly managed to reprogramme my brain in this respect, simply through using this little marvel in my bathroom a couple more times.I bought the separate container to store it in, even though the bag it comes in is resealable. If you gently fold the main, wide, part lengthways, it will easily fit in the box and goes back into shape in an instant when you take it out.For women like me of a certain age, finding that needing to answer the call of nature more often is putting them off going for lovely long walks in nature, this simple device is an absolute boon. Boots and rucksack dusted off - there's no stopping me now, as I head for the hills with renewed confidence and my lovely new aqua colour friend :-)

Good item to have when out and about
Quite often when we are out for the day, we have to use public loos and so often then are not very nice to use. It's OK for my hubby he can stand a have a pee, but that's not an option for me. So I decided to buy a Shewee Flex.I'm on the larger side so picked the flex, as it's slightly bigger. I practiced at home a couple of times and it was easy to use.I popped into Waitrose to use the loo yesterday and it was a unsex one, where clearly the last man to use it was not a good aim! So the floor was wet in front of the loo and I didn't want my trousers to get wet when I pulled them down. So instead I was able to stand at the side of the loo and use the Shewee, meaning the bottom of my trousers didn't get wet.I highly recommend this to all you ladies. The only thing I would say is to also by the holder, as the bag it comes in white with SHEWEE written on it, so not very discreet to have in your handbag!I've now ordered one of the holders...

The best invention I've purchased
I literally reccomend this product to everyone I can. It has made going to the bathroom outside so much easier!! I have a camp on an island with very little privacy, and now I don't have to worry if a boat is going by, cause it's so discreet and easy to do!!

Siren TC gets on her soapbox about the SheWee
I had a hard time believing that a device could work well without leaking or making a mess...but this SheWee really does.If you are reading this, you might be wondering, “why would a woman want to stand and pee…?” Well, let me tell you.If you are a woman at a music festival and you need to pee when there are no toilets around, your only option is to pull your pants and undergarments all the way down around your ankles, grab hold of the fabric and pull it away from the where the stream will be directed, pray to all the gods you know and hope that you don’t get splashed, or that the stream doesn’t decide to run straight down your leg instead of center. I don’t know about everyone else, but for me this always ends up being a game of chance...and I don’t always win.And then, the shewee. Somehow...magically...this device has worked perfectly for me every time. I don’t have to pull down my pants and expose my behind to everyone. I can just undo the front of whatever I’m wearing, position the funnel part in place, and pee. It has never leaked, nothing runs down my leg, my clothes, socks, shoes all remain dry and clean.I love this thing!Interesting pattern I’ve noticed...when I tell women about this, they typically seem curious and maybe a little skeptical (as I was). Most of them have been interested in getting one. When I tell men, they have questions about what I do with it after I use it. How do I clean it? How do I store it? Do I carry a device covered in urine around with me?Most women respond with curious interest, and most men seem to be repulsed by the idea of it.But, speaking of storage...I bought a shewee container for it that is well worth the money (I think the case actually costs more than the device itself, but it allows me to carry it with me everywhere I go without getting urine everywhere.I bought the Shewee flexee with the additional case, and I highly recommend it. It is easy to use, and mess-free regardless of what I’m wearing (or what - or how much - I’ve been drinking). 5 stars from this adventurer!SirenSoapbox has a podcast episode about our experiences with female urinary devices (search for us and listen if you want more information).
