Does this poacher come with the see thru glass top?

YES it has a clear glass tempered lid/topper. Perfect for seeing inside if the eggs are firm enough. This really is a nice/heavy poacher. Highly recommend it.

Can this egg poacher be cleaned in the dish washer?

I've always hand-washed mine mostly to keep the stainless steel from being tarnished, and also because I've heard that washing anything with teflon in the dishwasher could possibly ruin the teflon. It's up to you, but I would say no, you shouldn't clean your poacher in the dishwasher. Hope this helps!

Is this compatable with an induction cook top?
