I am using these on telephone headsets at our office and they are excellent fit and very comfortable.

These are nowhere near as comfortable as the original but they are incredibly inexpensive and they work.

They are nice and needed especially for those of us working over-the-phone. They are not as cushioned as I was expecting, based on the ones received with the headsets. Until I find a better match, I will continue using these.

My Plantronics C320-M headsets have an diameter of about 51 mm. Getting these pads installed required construction of a "tire iron" -like tool. Many users would find these impossible to put on.

Assemble easy enough I advise removing plastic retaining ring install cushion then replace. I bought due to price, guess you get what you pay for still holds true. It is not a bad product just not as comfortable for me. Will try out a couple days see if warrant returning.

I like these because they don't make your skin itch like the foam earpads do. They're much more comfortable. It fits my plantronics headset perfectly and the foam cover for the microphone does a really good job of blocking wind noise from my fan so my caller doesn't hear it.

I purchased these for my headset and they are way too big and the ear cushion just slides around. It doesn't fit snug to the earpiece part of the headset. They are ok for the price, but I was hoping for better quality and sizing.

They are easy to clean, last longer but not as comfortable as foam.

These replacement pads were a bit difficult to get on, but work well once on. They are comfortable too! It will be good to have extras for the future!
