Excellent speaker for the price. I love that we can take it outside without having to plug it in. The sound is fantastic and great for indoor and outdoor get togethers.Addendum: I purchased this speaker in September 2019. Not even a year later and the battery no longer charges and there is a zapping noise when you try to turn it on. For $116 (including tax and shipping), I guess I got what I paid for. Excellent quality before this, but I'd never buy again and see Amazon doesn't carry it anymore.CHANGED BACK TO 5 STARS: Turns out the power cord was faulty. Once I swapped it out, the battery charged and the speaker is back working as normal. LOVE THIS SPEAKER!

Nice sound and great for outdoor. The issue was the battery. The unit internal charging system failed.

He loved it, he played with it for two hours on Christmas Day before the entire house had to take the mic away from him. The grandbabies liked watching the lights dance with the songs. It was so loud that when we went out front to play with a remote control car my grandson got, it was like the speaker was outside with us. He couldn't find one thing that he didn't like on it. Patting myself on the back lol

I was excited by the price and reviews, but when I plugged in the microphone that came with it, there was a delay and then some white noise in the background. I hooked up my Shure SM57 Mic with a different cable and same thing. Very poor sound quality.
