Beautiful and good quality
Very good quality! The necklace is lightweight but not chintzy or cheap—best of both worlds. My skin is usually sensitive to jewelry but I have had no issues with this necklace. The gold color is nice and shiny, very eye catching. Font 4 is a good dupe for the “Carrie” necklace from Sex and the City which is what I was looking for. I like how you can preview the different fonts before purchase to give you a decent idea of what the necklace will look like.I plan to order some more as Holiday gifts. I ordered one to start to see if I liked it and I am so pleased with how it came out. It also arrived faster than expected and seller sent a follow up email to ensure I was happy.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I found this necklace and was excited to purchase for my high school freshman. I received the package 3 days prior to the expected arrival date. Once I opened it I was FURIOUS that her name was spelled correctly but that one of the letters looked like a Q instead of an A. Her name is Heaven and the A kind of looped around on the bottom of the necklace and connected to the n. I reached out to the company and was told it was the font i had selected (Font 12) and I would not be able to send it back. They told me to please keep it and just select another font. 2 weeks later, my daughter received the new necklace and we are BOTH satisfied. I purchased another necklace for my older daughter the day I received the 2nd necklace for my younger daughter. I will be purchasing 6 of these for my nieces as Christmas presents. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
