Excellent Product
Super easy to install with 3 new O Rings. Would purchase again if needed in the future. The original one lasted almost 10 years.

Works to replace Kohler 1400972 connector
My Kohler Alma faucet is listed as coming with a 1400972 quick connector, but this one was a direct replacement. The fit was snug and it fixed my leak from hardened O rings. The two skinnier O rings go on the pipe stud coming down from the faucet, and the thicker O ring goes on the end of the hose to the faucet head.

OE Kohler connector
The item worked very well but the plastic/nylon clip was not in the package nor was the O rings I used the original clip and had O rings. It installed easily and doesn’t leak

Fixed water pressure immediately.
Fixed the water pressure issue. I believe the original likely clogged with copper sediment after sweating on a new shut off valve for the dishwasher. I even flushed the lines, but some still got picked up. I’ve heard this is common with this style cartridge. Glad I have water pressure again.

Not for Kohler K-596
The top clip does not fit correctly onto the facet line for the K-596. I used the rubber gasket to fix the leak. Not bad for $12 bucks. The adapter from Kohler is about $36. Gaskets could be cheaper with more research, but for $12 and since my adapter is not leaking anymore, it's well worth it.
