Louies Italian Beef Seasoning, 3-ounce (Pack of 6)

I love the fact that I can use this seasoning with some peperoncinis and beef or ( pork in my case) to make an extremely flavorful meat dish for friends and family. For the 4th of July I cooked 20 pounds of pork shoulder and used 4 packets of Louies Italian Beef Seasoning with 2 jars of peperoncinis. My family and our guests LOVED IT.We have even sent our son who lives in Kansas some in the mail as he cannot find it out there.Thank you for making such a wonderful product.

I cook the beef and broth in a dutch oven. I always brown my beef prior to baking. When the beef is almost down I take it and the broth and move it to a crock pot. I then add green pepper and onion slices, cook about 2 more hours on low. You could do this in the oven. I like the crockpot because its easier to watch.

This stuff is gold! Makes the best Italian beef flavor. My whole family devours this when made. Super easy to use and absolutely with the price!

I personally do not think that this mix is that close to a real Chicago Italian Beef experience. However, it is by far the best crock pot or instapot beef roast mix I have ever used. Amazing taste with no effort.

Tried several times to make from scratch, then I used a packet and my family said I finally got the taste right. Definitely worth the purchase. Simple to use. Highly satisfied with purchase.

Always had Louie’s on hand when we lived in IL. Moved to TX in 2018 and, of course, it was no where to be found here. As soon as my Louie’s arrived, I made a batch and my son said “it was a taste of home.”
