My girlfriend got her DJI Ronin S several years ago and has experimented with different accessories to make handling easier and more comfortable, especially for longer shoots. This is her favorite. Not only is it the most solidly constructed handle she's tried, but it also adds the least bulk to the whole rig. In particular, it helps distribute the weight better when shooting in "flashlight mode" (grip is horizontal to the ground) and takes a lot of strain off of the operator's wrists. Anyone who plans on filming low angle footage frequently would benefit greatly from this handle. Initial assembly is fairly quick with the included hex key and the handle can be left assembled if desired. My only critique would be that the collar screw needs to be rotated MANY times to be fully tightened. It would have been nice if they could have figured out a quick-release knob for the collar, but it's a fairly minor issue unless you intend to assemble and disassemble the whole rig several times a day.Overall, this has been a great addition to the gimbal rig and we'd both highly recommend it!

I use mine with a DJI ronin. Fits great any helps distribute the weight. Very good quality in my opinion!

the only thing I'd change about this is the box it comes in is a little flimsy and I like to keep original boxes around. I won't use this as much as my gimbal alone, but it's been fun getting shots of the kitties and having the extra stability doesn't hurt when gimbals don't give you the up-down axis of stabilization.

This is very well made. When using a heavy f2.8 glass it helps to balance the equipment so that it doesn't feel so heavy. Gives you the ability to shoot very low angles while only holding it by the handle. Very good investment for anyone shooting video with added stability!

I’m sure it’s a great product. Seems sturdy and quality, however, it won’t fit the handle of my iPhone stabilizer. Verify the size first.

This attachment handle is a game changer! Carrying and holding my Ronin S gimbal was always a pain until now. This handle is not only sturdy it looks as if it came with the gimble. It offers great comfort and balance when using for low angled shots while running or walking. This is a must have for anyone with a Ronin S gimble!

mit dem Handgriff liegt das Rig gut ausbalanziert in der Hand und ist sehr angenehm zu tragen.Nach längeremGebrauch würde ich mir den Griff in Längsrichtung gerundeter wünschen,da er in den Fingern einzuschneidenbeginnt.

Loved the product construction, it was made of a strong metal, and the inner portion of the clasp contained a rubber just like that of my ronin s handle. Felt very sturdy in my hand, I was confident in it not breaking and losing the gimbal.Easy to assemble out of the box. It IS possible to mount the arm in different directions but the most comfortable spot is on the back, due to the angle it comes out of.I did not like that the handle came quite close to the roll arm. I can still use it but the roll arm was less than an inch away. My biggest gripe with this is just how close it can be to your face if you’re putting a monitor on it (has a cold shoe). It throws off the center of gravity because the bulk of the weight of the gimbal is away from my body, which over time hurts my back even more. Only reason I wouldn’t give it 5/5 stars.Otherwise it’s a great handle, especially if you’re always getting low with the ronin s.
