I have been going to the gym for years now, and appreciate just how hard it is to make a muscle, particularly if you are female and don't have the testosterone advantage. Which is why I was so impressed with the women in this book, I am in awe of them. Dobbins has done a great job of capturing the female form without making it erotic. I appreciate a great set of shoulders on a man or a woman, and these women don't disappoint. If you are into bodybuilding and you are a woman, I think this book is a must. I like that it is a hardcover so it stays in better shape.When your family and friends tell you what you are doing is "unfeminine" just remember that there are all these women who have gone before you who ignored the same sort of negativity to go on and achieve strong and shapely bodies. It doesn't matter if you intend to take it all the way or just want to improve your health and fitness for yourself and your family's benefit.Follow this book up with Arnold's bodybuilding encyclopedia and you can't go wrong!

Always wanted this book! Being a FBB fan. Would have got 5 stars. But book shows some damage to it. Price was right thou.

This show several different women bodybuilders in nice and nude poses, just hot they all are.

Wanted his for my collection of body building books. I did not realize the pictures would be quite as revealing. Not able to leave out on coffee table- unless you and any visitors are into naked women- which I am not. Great photography though.

Great pictures / coffee table book!

Beautiful collection of some of the most well known women in bodybuilding and athletics, there is a introduction into women's bodybuilding and the struggles and rewards they face compared to their male counterparts. The photos are by the excellent Bill Dobbins who is well known for his work photographing muscle.

Good set of photographs. Good quality. Fast delivery.

Excellent book, with great photos

If you're a fan of bodybuilding and appreciate a well built physique on a woman, then you will enjoy this book. Every photo is elegant and the women are at their peak. Even Arnold gave some words in the book!
