I was looking for a gift for my girlfriend and a bit first suspicious of this product, but do not let the inexpensiveness distract you from the great quality of this product. My girlfriend is satisfied, it removed all the stubborn moles and skin tags. I would strongly recommend it.

Purchased this to remove some skin tags. Easy to use, not too painful and it works! Much cheaper than a trip to the Dermatologist! Highly recommend!

I heard about this product many time and I decided to bought and try it. And my mom used it because her age needed this product. This thing works! Not too painful. Used to take off skin tags. Will leave a small burn which will heal in a few days. I used Neosporin to help her skin heal.

Them item is nicely boxed withh everything you need to get started. Love the way it charges with a standard micro usb so i can use my phone charger..I went first on full power with the big tip. Haha that was a bit brave but well worth it as it did it's work much quicker. I also tried full power on the warts. This was also very successful. Ive taken 4 moles off and a skin tag all on setting!

I received it in two days, I first tried it on my hands my spots are gone I have 4 big moles on my nick I tried it on of the it didn’t go right the way it need it second treatment and now I only have 3 more to go, it realy doesn’t hurt at all, I been to dermatologist last year who charged me so much for each session and didn’t even help, if you want to get red of your sun spots/ aging spots / mole /etc / this is the right machine to use, I highly recommend it, I’m in love with it.

I have worked with electrocauteries in OR. There are two wires. Ground and the hot cautery knife. Those are very powerful and depending on the setting either it cuts or cauterizes the bleeding capillaries (Bleeders). When I used this device to do an experiment on 1- Hemangioma on arm 2-Angiokeratoma on scrotum. On stage 6 , It surprisingly worked well. Totally zapped the angioma with excellent hemostasis (stop of bleeding) but on Angiokeratoma of scrotum result was without obtaining hemostasis, though lesions decreased in size. Reason for failure was due to me choosing a smaller needle. More experiments are on the way with different lesions, needle sizes and results. I feel this is a very affordable and surprisingly versatile and powerful device. Skin may need to be numbed by lidocaine before treatment.I recommend Lidocaine with epinephrine for Angiokeratomas, or it will bleed excessively. I am very thankful to the manufacturer for this wonderful device. This is a valuable device in the hand of a family practitioner or even dermatologists for very small lesions.I don't this it can cauterize bleeders so surgeons need to stay with their bigger cautery device.
