Like the fact product was excellent and was used for personal health purposes

I thought it was going to taste like the aloe vera drink, it doesn't. I didn't realize that you put it in water or a beverage for health reasons.

ok , I didn't even want to give this review even 1 star because of the rude people I had to deal with when trying to return this item. I recently found out I am pregnant as well as recently purchasing this item, when the item came in the packaging was ripped , the box the bottle of juice was held in was bruised and ripped, and the product itself had a expiration date of 03/2011. So of course I contacted the seller asking for a return (not even a refund) I explained to them why and everything. So the next day I received an e-mail from them stating that it's not expired and that that was the manufactured date , that I had up to 24 months to use it. I informed them that I was pregnant and really didn't want to take any chances so can I please just get a return and send the product back?Again , the next day I get a reply, they tell me unless it's something wrong with it then no they don't do returns. I replied : "to me there is something wrong with it it's expired , and I'd like to return it."I was once again shut down by them, so I informed them that I will be contacting amazon about this issue as well as writing my review (as I normally do).well , I received a very nasty e-mail from them saying how "there is nothing wrong with the product to someone who is literate, that is someone who can read!"And I am wowed by there bluntness and disrespect, they also felt threatened by me stating that I will be leaving my review so others can know (well that's what reviews are for right?) and they just got nasty with this whole issue. I was shocked by their rudeness, my reply was I can obviously read seeing as though I so easily read their rude remark. That if they knew anything about customer service then they'd know not to make comments like that to a customer regardless if they feel wrong or right. The point of anything when selling something is to always make the customer happy to keep them coming back and so they can spread the word to bring other customers , because I can buy this product from anywhere , what will keep a loyal and faithful customer is the service you receive. So I told them it's not my review that'll keep people from ordering from them , but their inability to provide at least "good" customer service. Which is also a part of his or her job....how rude were they??Anyway , at the end of it all I contacted amazon, and I will forever be a faithful and loyal customer to amazon. The situation was handled respectfully , they read the e-mails and agreed that this company (Rani's World Foods) were very disrespectful and rude, and I will be refunded. Now was that hard for rani's world to do?I wouldn't recommend their product (bc you may get an expired product and bc they treat their shipping like they treat their customers HORRIBLY!) nor would I ever recommend their services , unless you like to be disrespected.MY TRUE RATING IS ZERO!! NO STARS! IF YOU CAN FIND THIS PRODUCT ELSE WHERE YOU MIGHT WANT TO TRY THAT, BUT I'M NOT THE BAD PERSON HERE....IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME SEE FOR YOURSELF..

Horrible packaging, and it expires with in a month of me receiving it

My bottles were leaking bottles were slightly cracked

Purchased this to help with pregnancy nausea and did the TOTAL opposite... projectile like... bad.

Do not purchae this item received yesterday and the box was taped and no security deal around the bottle.The cup has dried liquid in it...and no return option.
