nippon kodo Asian Elegance - Cho-Cho-San Assorted 36 Cones with Mini Cramic Holder, Sandalwood, Aloeswood, Pine, Cherry, Japanese Quality Incense

These little cone incenses are smaller than a dime. They burn for less than 10 minutes. But they fill the whole house with a very strong scent. Wouldn’t think that looking at the size. Winning scent is the red cherry blossom. I’m not a fan of the purple. It smells a bit like burnt wood. If you are big on scent these incenses work well.If you are looking of something that would burn for a while, try something else. Maybe the incense sticks. I didn’t receive a free sample stick with my package. So I wouldn’t be able to tell you what the sticks were like.

The best part of this set is the box and the small ceramic burner block. The cones are small and do not smell good at all. The only tolerable one for me was the sandalwood. They leave an oily resinous residue on the burner when burned. I like the art on the small box so I’m keeping it but after burning one of each cone I’ll leave the rest in the box.

It's been a long time since I last purchased incense.....to be able to find this same wonderful brand after 50 years says a lot about Nippon Kodo! Fantastic! Plus it came with some free samples as well!

This is "the best" incense in the world. I have been using it since 1990. I am happy to be able to still find it for sale.

This use to be my favorite insence but no longer. The cones are so dinky and it's now way over priced. What a shame

Yes these are flavors, i did not stutter. My favorite is the sandalwood, but all of these I really like. I wanted to see which scent i liked the most and this was able to solidify my decisions. It also came with a sample of 5 incense sticks, but it's hard to figure out which was what flavor so they didn't sell me anything new haha. I also received a soap sample which i wasn't expecting, and i love free anything. Overall amazing quality cones, long lasting scent, but they do burn fairly quickly because they are normal sized cones so don't expect a long burn. I would recommend and will buy more!
