It's a ballast
Commercial quality, should last many years. Sometimes fixtures and ballasts are wired differently, they're not all wired the same. Who knows why, but make sure you got the right thing

Need help with the wiring.
This fit just right and I am told it is the correct one, but it only has one wire for each lamp and the instructions to wire it are not clear when each lamp holder has two wires. If someone could help with the wiring I think it will work perfectly.

As described. No complaints!
Working diagram printed on casing. Very well packed in shipping. Finding a ballast that would support 4 HO fluorescents was not the easiest. Thankful I found this one.
