This is the second tree tribe flask I've bought, they're fantastic at keeping drinks cold all day. Arrived quickly too.

Poor finish - visible scratches
My water bottles arrived today. I unpacked them and was extremely disappointed with the quality - each bottle has numerous very obvious scratches and other cosmetic faults (see just under the lids). I have not tried to fill them with liquids; I am going to return them and ask for replacement.

Loads of scratches on arrival
Box had already been opened, and the bottle had loads of scratches on it. Sent it back.

Very pleased
There were a couple of marks on my bottle which is a shame but I didnt want to send it back as I'm trying to reduce waste. I love the bottle though - its sturdy, stylish and has a cool design. I love it x

Scratched
Bottle was scratched all around the middle. Have returned for a refund.
