Hey there I am Tom’s wife, and I am a huge fan of Chalene Johnson, and no I am not being paid for my review. Oh so here is why I choose to invest in this journal set. One I am a busy wife,mom,and business owner and builder who has lived in the overwhelmingLast year plus trying to get all in order, who works best when all is written down and organized and in order.I was tired of trying to play catch up, feeling behind and dreaming of 5 minutes to myself.So even before investing in the set of journals, I did my research to find out all that came with, the game changer (for me) was Chalene graciously putting together all the online videos to help you walk through and correctly use the journal.Then putting down what I was already thinking really helped me. Let me say this I repeat am not a morning person, but I have realized awhile back that in order to get more done and accomplish my goals, I am going to not only get up earlier, but have my daily and monthly push goals all together organized so that when I come to those “moments” you know when you sit down or walk in a room and go “why did I come in here” yep that’s one of the many reasons why I invested in this journal.As a business owner who is working hard during “mom pockets of time” to help encourage other moms like me and some dads too, that it is possible to get healthy and strong and become who you are called to be, and find joy in everyday moments, And work a job that you actually get excited to work, one that can provide an income!I have followed Chalene for awhile now, and I am a huge fan of Chalene.Ya’ll Chalene knows her stuff, she has an awesome attitude and just about every time I listen To her stores on Instagram or read her post, I either learn something or am inspired or she makes me laugh.Plus she has mentored some amazing women who are also some of my person mentors, so for ,e personally I knew months ago I wanted to invest in the push journal.So if your wanting to be more organized and needing to set goals, you like brain storming and brain dumping and you like having most if not all your notes close by, and you don’t already have a good system in place, then this push journal may be for you.Do your research first.So here what this push journal isn’tIt’s not an actual journal, if that’s what your needing don’t buy thisIt’s not a full on appointment book, (yes there is a place on a page yo write in what needs to be scheduled for the day, but there isn’t a ton a space to do that.)So if your needing more of an appointment book, then this may not be for youIf your needing a stricketly goal setting book, and don’t have use for any of the above, then this probably won’t work for you.If your looking for a book for just writing down your gratitude, then this probably isn’t for you.This is really for those who need away to keep a good idea of their goals, tasks, what they are most thankful for, the ability to track food, water, and sleep, and when they need to make or do something in the near future written down for referring back too.Since receiving my journal, I can tell you right now, I am beyond excited about my journal, it is exactly what I was needing and looking for!Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Chalene Hohnson for taking all the time you did to creat this book called the push journal!It’s because of you and this Amazing product that I give 5 stars!

It is, without question, THE BEST, journal. Hands down, end of all stories. I have used this journal and it has not only changed the course of my day into massive productivity, but I literally ENJOY putting my tasks down as there is a space for EVERYTHING you could possibly need to have a productive day and life! This journal is beyond unique as from the very start, gives you instruction on how to use it. I mean....what other journal do you know does this? Yeah. Probably none and none like this one does do completely and with such ease of mind I can guarantee it. My absolute favorite part of this journal is the health tracker section after each day. It's a page with sections on where to log your food intake, water intake, exercise log, amount of sleep and even "me time". What?! I mean, it's just the best and most comprehensive, get your life right journal you'll ever lay pencil to paper on in your life. Trust me and put it in your cart! You'll NEVER regret it!

I did Chalene's 30 day push back with it was an online 30 day email course. I've been using mine for 15 days now and LOVE it. There are 4 pages for each day. Page 1 is setting your priorities, the 3 most important tasks you need to do plus anything else you want to write down. The second page is for your hourly schedule (with room for notes beside). The third page is for notes. I use this to evaluate each day. Then the 4th page is for tracking food, weight, water and sleep. I love that I can track my water intake and it's motivated me to drink more water. I love that it's not dated so if I miss a day, it's still good.The journal does a great job of laying out her system but it totally works even if you choose to follow your own.I'm for sure going to keep using these!(this sounds so positive....hmm, but I really can't think of anything I don't like!!)

I really needed a Journal that let me write some of my own notes, keep organized AND track food and time. This is perfect. I love the size and colors. I have gone through a few journals from others but this one is keeping me on track - on day 11 and I have filled out daily and I look forward to filing it out and planning my week/month.The weight field is helpful too. I'm staying on track better with eating and the accountability is better. I'm actually looking forward to my next order as I love all the color options. Fits in my purse easily - I can put work and personal information in one place instead of having multiple notebooks everywhere.I recommend this product. Watch the videos then use it for what works for you. It is flexible enough to encompass work and personal information.

I've tried other journals and planners in the past, but this is my first ever Push Journal. It's not like the other journals on the market.. it's better! It's all about finding that one goal that makes all the other goals possible —that's called your PUSH goal! It's not necessarily the most important goal, but it's the goal that makes you achieve other goals.This journal is for anyone who wants to accomplish more and be more successful, but thinks they doesn’t have the time for it. With the push journal I was able to accomplish my goals in less than 90 days!

Love her program and system...hit my yearly goal in two months. I don't know how to explain it, but it just WORKS!

I like the planner as a concept but I don’t appreciate that days aren’t more distinctive, I have accidentally flipped two pages and written things on pages a day ahead. I also work graveyard shifts so the 4am-10pm time frame is somewhat limiting, although I’d like to stop working this shift as soon as possible. I wish the bookmark were one that attached to the binding. It has been nice for developing a routine.
