Simple capsule to take once to three times daily with plenty of water through the day. Great results and after reading articles in medical websites and watching Youtube videos, this product saved from a lot of dreadful potential ineffective and/or surgical treatments. Tried taking two in morning and worked better.

Been on this for six months (one capsule a day before bed) and the results are amazing. No more middle-of-the-night trips to the bathroom and I sleep like a baby. I am 61 and had a slightly enlarged prostate, but feel no symptoms now. Also had a persistent urinary tract infection a few months ago and absolutely no signs of that now. I will be using this product the rest of my life. Highly recommend it for routine maintenance and to keep everything normal.

I bought the wrong product and I haven't been able to be in touch with the company, I tried to change the pills, but not answered, I decided stopped with that and buy the correct one with somebody else, I have left many messeges and nothing.

As I wrote a couple years ago, this herb blend helped to relieve urination problems for more than 10 years as I got older. Too often practitioners of many health care disciplines only talk about the prostrate gland as a possible problem. But my PSA scores (a blood test that screens for cancer) have been consistently low for my age (around 0.75 with scores over 4.0 being suspicious). I always thought that my bladder was more a part of the cause of the discomfort.And now, my reason for this update and rating reduction is that I was diagnosed with bladder cancer. This was found only after acute hematuria (blood in urine) occurred and without warning. I'd even been seeing a urologist. I'm not implicating this product in that development, but I had been taking it consistently and want to relay this fact.

I love flora products. I knew a 90 year old lad who swore on their products....too bad flor essence is so super pricey...that's the main reason I tried these pills

this product can't be found in the herbal stores where i live at so i was happy to find it on amazon i have read some good stuff about this herb it seems to works good for the prostate .
