HDMI 4x4 Matrix (Splitter & Switch Combo device)- 4 Inputs (Source) to 4 Outputs (Displays) - 1080p Video Resolution - Multi-Channel Digital Audio - Choose between duplicating display or have different sources on each display!

I've got a fairly complex setup with 4 HDMI sources, and 3 HDMI drains (two TVs, one projector).Originally, I was using an HDMI splitter combined with an AV unit capable of switching between 4 HDMI sources. But when I wanted a third HDMI TV in the bedroom, I needed something that was independant of the AV unit to switch the outputs.This is a bit of an overkill for this (a 4x3 matrix would've been fine, but I've not found one), but I needed something that was IR controlled (so an IR repeater could control it from the bedroom), and RS232 could come in useful one day...Occasionally when switching from bedroom to lounge TV, the TV and Sky HD box won't re-sync, and this matrix needs to be power cycled - this is really the only problem with it (besides the ultra-bright blue LEDs).I would've preferred a softer green LED (or just put a slightly bigger resistor on the blue LED). Maybe one day I'll take it apart and do that myself...
