Didn't think I would need this bendable pole, but it is necessary for cleaning under couch, tables. If you lower the handle w/o the bendable pole, the mop head rises so it doesn't touch the floor. I just added it to the pole extenders, so the bend is available when I need it.

I like the H20 Steamer. I have had mine for years. I had to buy this whole packet because I wanted another small brush to clean the grout between my tiles. They do not sell the individual brushes alone. However, the brush was not what I expected (that's probably on me), and to be fair the rest of the attachments were great. I actually filed a complaint with the BBB to report this practice. The H2O's response was basically that they don't do that. So if you think that you will be able to buy replacement brushes easily, this is not the company for you. "They don't do that". So basically I paid all that money and I only needed the one brush. Great product, the people that make and sell it? Not so good.

Does not do everything I wanted it to, such as clean my oven well - but works amazing on the vinyl flooring!

Only good for floors, NOT ovens—like in the infomercial on T.V. It stopped working after 3 uses!
