This may not be your option, but I grew up with this and always loved the flavour as well as the taste. As for the efficacy, this may be a placebo effect but I recovered within three days whereas my skeptical husband is still coughing because he will not try this.

Box literally says don’t use this product if seal is ripped open. It was ripped open when I received it. Will be returning.

I purchase this syrup for my husband because he was having some problems with his throat. I had a cough a couple of years ago and a homeopathic doctor prescribe it for me and it work perfectly. now it has done the same for him and he has asked me to order another bottle for him. I recommend at least using 2 bottles for a long lasting effect.
