I liked the concept of this item. However the felt pads need more cushioning to protect my bed. My bed is fancy with fancy wood. I had to use a felt pad to protect my frame.The clamping mechanism is prying off the base of the shelf. When fastening to the bed frame the pressure lifted the clamp from the base. Clamps looks like it has wholes for 2 screws per clamp but only one screen on each side.The shelf itself is not straight and curves downward. The curving caused cracks along the top of the shelf.I use it to mount a lightweight projector over my head and onto my bedroom wall.Overall it's a nice concept and if it were straight, not cracked, and sturdily build. I would have given more stars. My fear is that my projector will fall on my head while in watching a film. My projector weighs less then my macbook pro. I will ask the supplier to send me another.

I bought this for my dorm room. I got an entire years worth of use out of it before it broke. I never had anything super heavy on it and it still slowly cracked over time.It attached to my bed very well and never slipped out of place. It was very a sturdy and the clamps made it hard to move without loosening it.It was very easy to assemble. The sides just slide right into place and they are removable if needed.It was an okay product if you never put more than two or three light things on it.

I love this convenient bedshelf! It is perfect to add to the side of my bed where there is not space for a full side table. I have been thinking about what to do for all the stuff I need to keep by my side of the bed, and this is the perfect solution! I keep books, my waterbottle, and electronics on it, and it is perfect!I love the added bonus of the 4-USB port cord, and the book light. This was a very well-thought out product, and I love it The shelf was also very easy to put together, and didn't need instructions or extra pieces. The only extra thing you'll need that is not included is 3 AAA batteries for the book light.The only issue I had with it was that the clamps did not tighten enough for my thin metal bed frame. We cut up some cardboard, stacked it together, and put the cardboard in between the bed frame and the clamps. It ended up being about 4 thin pieces of cardboard, stack on top of each other, for each clamp. Besides that, this product worked very well and didn't have any other issues.

Unless you need a nightstand for storage purposes, this with replace it. Holds tight to bed frame. More convenient, looks nice, the multi USB plugin and lamp come in handy.UPDATE: It's still doing OK. The little walls don't stay as well after a while and the light it came with stopped working right as well (I have to hold down the button for the light to stay on.) And the table plank is now a little bowed. But I'm still using it lol

My husband has been wanting a "charging station" for some time and this is perfect. It fits his ipod, phone, and anything else he might need, especially when he's working late and needs everything at hand. It's very well made and is pretty easy to put together (there aren't any instructions, which I wish there was, but it was super easy to figure out).

This bed shelf is awesome! Easy set up and is very sturdy. There has been a lot of thought put in to the little details, making it work great in every little aspect. The pads on the clamps that attach to the bed are very thick and will not damage the bed. I love the removable sides. Makes it very customizable. The notches in the side and the bottom make it perfect for charging devices. I don't have an apple watch, so I put my wireless charger on the apple watch charger stand and its perfect! The light and the usb 4 port charger is so perfect for the shelf. No complaints with this product. It is really sturdy too. My roommate has one and he fell out of bed onto it. Rather than the bed shelf breaking, it broke the wooden frame of the bed. Love it!

I love the extra shelf space in my apartment. There isn’t much space to begin with and my desk is hardly even one. It’s sturdy can support multiple books or my laptop. I wish it was slightly longer though. I particularly enjoy the USB cable with its four ports. I may not have an Apple Watch, but that space work perfectly for the USB cable. The lamp is great to help see what’s on the shelf without waking my roommate up. It’s really convenient for grabbing things when I’m in bed. It doesn’t interfere when I make my bed. Unfortunately, as I was unpackaged the sides, a couple pegs broke. Other than that, it’s a good addition to any college student’s apartment.

As soon as I saw this I knew I needed it for my daughter who loves to read in bed but sleeps on the top bunk. Assembly and attachment was easy. Love the removable/customizable side walls. She isn’t using the charger cord spaces currently but it’s a nice option to have. So convient! Love the large amount of space offered.
