Bought this as I struggle with rounded shoulders, and the PT at the gym keeps telling me to pull my shoulders back and stick my chest out. I thought this item may have been useful for that; however, it doesn't pull the shoulders back and puts lots of pressure on the neck. Found it really uncomfortable to wear, especially under the arms and the back of the neck, and ultimately it didn't change my posture - there was no difference when wearing it and when I wasn't.Waste of money.

Once I managed to figure this out it worked great. Good quality and very sturdy, needed to be for my shoulders. Only been using it a few days and I can feel it working, some aching but I did expect that. Been suffering a while with my neck and shoulders due to my posture, this really seems to be helping. Would recommend.

Difficult to put on. The straps could of done with being wider. The straps tend to twist whilst wearing. Not a great deal of adjustment for me, could of done with being tighter

Give me great posture throughout the day can hardly tell it’s there apart from when you slouch which prompts u too sit properly

I wish I had taken more time to read the comments and realise 95% of them are fake.Only thing this is good for is land fill, hurts my neck and under my arms, I have adjusted it tried wearing under and over clothes, it is an instrument of torture and in no way shape or form is improving my posture.Save your money!!
