There is more going on than just Bea wanting to lose her virginity. In this book, there is angst, anger, pain, heartbreak, desire, lust, secrets, lies, revenge, vengeance, pleasure, hope, friendship, compassion , forgiveness, and ultimately LOVE. In this book, there is so many twists yet the twists make sense. Oh I just loved every moment of Bea and Hugo together. This book is told from Hugo’s POV and what telling it is. Just a note, the story is set in Tanglewood and we get to see previous characters from the author’s other books- Damon and Penny with brief glimpses of Christopher, Harper and Blue. Ms. Warren has written a compelling, enthralling story that will take the reader on a roller coaster of a journey. Yet another 5 star read. It's Skye Warren, would you expect less. So now it's my turn. I can't and won't do it justice, but I will try.This story is more than a typical romance. It's got that sure, in all of the right ways and places. But soon after you see more. You see a broken spirit, disguised as a male escort. One who grew up quickly in an unforgiving world. The world that closed his heart to love. It's fitting, his name, Hugo. Just as hers is as fitting to her, Beatrix. Bea. Lost in the world of her making. A world she cannot escape, until him. Together they conquer their worlds, and each other's hearts.

Bea and Hugo's love story was absolutely fascinating and lovely. To see only Hugo's point of view was the fascinating part because you normally do not only get the male POV. I loved it! Another amazing story from Skye Warren

Such wonderful heart felt characters . They each touched me dearly and I cheered for their successes. I really enjoyed how vulnerable yet brave they are. I could not put the book down because you never fail to deliver what your fans want. Thank you.

Hugo is an escort and over the years women have paid him lots of money to have sex with him. A new request comes in and when he meets the lady she isn't what he was expecting. Bea lives in the penthouse of a luxury hotel and wants Hugo to teach her about sex. Initially he refuses but when she tells him she never leaves her home he wants her. So does another man who has a big hold over her.

I approached this book with a bit of trepidation. Male escort - it just didn't rock my boat, and I expected it to be a bit sleazy and passionless. I was wrong - it is romantic in the extreme. I'm still not sure about the male escort bit, hence 4 stars, but I really did enjoy it.

With deep intensity this story builds to a crescendo that makes me want to learn of this couple. I adored both back stories of these characters but greedily, would love to know more...is there a sequel???

While this book is a good story, it feels like it still had more to reveal. I would have liked a bit more......As stories go, it was also a little short, under three hours for a v average reader.

Not what I was expecting, more romance than erotica, but a pleasant read. I couldn't relate to the characters and the story was rather short, but I've read a lot worse.
