1 – This is my second box after I returned the first one from another company2 – I have this box for about 3 weeks to test it and be able to write a fair review3 – At beginning, I needed some technical help, it was a weekend, and I tried the customer service expecting no response until Monday, but I was stunned that a gentleman from customer service responded to me in few minutes and helped me out – really great customer service!4 – The box itself is a robust device with big RAM and storage, therefore it’s very fast5 – My main interest is sport, so I’m very happy that the box has all sport channels in all languages. Almost every channel you can imagine!6 – For other channels (news, movie, shows, etc.), it’s full of everything in almost all languages7 – There are many apps for streaming latest movies, shows, kids, etc.8 – There are other apps for VOD with latest box office movies and shows9 - To sum up, I’m very pleased with the performance of this box, knowing that I’m backed up with great customer service that offers help anytime!10 – Thank you guys at Smart Stream!

Extremely happy with my iptv box . Will buy another one for the bedroom tv.Ok I wrote this review on Sept.3rd, today is Sept 20th and I have to say I’m very frustrade with this box. It stopped working for about 3 days now and all they say is that they’re working on a major issue. The service was supposed to come back last night but I’ve got an email this morning saying channels are coming back slowly. I could get the Arabic channels but that’s it no American channels. I think I’m giving up on Iptv boxes, this is the second one I’ve got and they don’t work. I read another review saying the image freezes all the time and the sound and sometimes you have to restart the whole thing and it’s true. Sorry Smart Stream I have to take back some stars ⭐️

My first impression was great. I purchased two of these boxes without telling my husband, hoping to show him what a great product. I did not even open the one box and connect to TV until near the end of August 2019. I soon realized that local channels are not available as advertised. Spoke with SmartStream customer service by tele-con who walked me through how to find and select available channels etc. Problem most wont connect —403 Forbidden or error opening channel. Also, constant freezing of audio or picture and video, making it impossible to watch a program or news. Very unhappy and my husband is furious wit me and products. Just now watching CNN, picture and audio have been frozen for past 7 minutes. I want to return these and be refunded! Note, photo shows current time as 4:11 PM and at bottom-of photo, time is frozen at 4:02 PM.

Excellent device and amazing customer service ! I purchased this device from Amazon from the seller Smart Stream. It is extremely easy to setup and the amount of channels and functionality is amazing. Also, Smart Stream customer service is extremely impressive! I’ve already recommended this device for friends and have even purchased an extra one as a gift .

Lots of channels to choose from . It will be nice if the service continues for 2 years it will really worth money paid for . It freezes here & there you have to move a channel up & return back to the channel that your we’re watching.

So far, it's working smoothly and without any issues. I just got it yesterday. I will keep an eye and let you know after a couple of days.
