Really nice compression socks for many purposes
I originally bought a set of these nearly a decade ago for travel and they've held up really well. They don't have a super constricting cuff and are comfy through the forefoot (and warm enough) for long international flights. I recently had an injury that required compression socks and others hurt. I dug out my old receipts and bought a bunch more of these and they've held up well against the swelling, remain super comfortable, don't have any hot spots and really help with recovery. They are a good value. I've done some basic workouts in them, and due to the warmth (which is really nice for day-to-day wear) I wouldn't do strenuous aerobic exercise in them.

Love these socks
They fit well, they're comfortable, they don't smell. They're a little difficult to get on at first, but you get used to it.But the real winning element is the silver. I don't know how they managed to do it, but these really don't smell, even after working out or going on a long bike ride. As someone who doesn't have a proper laundry machine, the fact these cut down on how often I need to wash my socks is MASSIVE. Well-worth the up front cost. You can get somewhere around 4 or 5 day's worth of wearing out of each before tossing them in the hamper, so with enough pairs you realistically only need to do a load every month or two. If you need to use a laundromat that's cutting down on not just the cost of washing and drying them by a lot, but also the time and potentially gas or vehicle wear.Additionally, the ones I have are black. A lot of athletic wear is black. That means you can also most likely throw these in the laundry with your other workout clothing, instead of needing a dedicated whites load. Even without a lot of other black clothing, they still go in with color or dark laundry in general, so again it's a win.And the best part? They're made in italy! So you know your money isn't going to support pooh bear.

I tried 5 brands - This was #2
This is a long story with a happy ending.I have been experiencing swelling in my lower legs that would increase during the day. My doctor advised me that I should be wearing compression socks to prevent more serious swelling. I was resisting due to silly vanity. My daughter gave me a pair of Endurance Shield 360 compression socks and said “try these, they are the best”. I tried them and they were OK, but I didn’t believe they were the best. I had to do my own experiment.I went to Amazon and saw hundreds of choices. They all sound the same, look similar, and all have a mixture of reviews. I picked four brands and bought one of each (in black) to try for myself. It took a while, but the results are in and we have a winner! My daughter was right: the Endurance Shield 360 socks are the best. (I just wish they had some colors other than black.) We can all use a little splash of color in our lives sometimes. Here are the details of all the competitors in order of my ranking from best to last.1.) Endurance Shield 360 – They are very easy to put on and take off. Good smooth compression graduated up the calf. Smooth transition from sock to skin at the top, so no constriction at the top. They came up to just the right spot on my leg and stayed up on my leg well without any falling down. There is substantial fabric in the foot area that provided good cushioning. I did have to pay attention the right and left, but they are labeled ‘R’ and ‘L’, so it was easy. It would be nice if they were available in colors other than black. I have ordered several additional pairs.2.) Vitalsox VT1211 Graduated Compression – These are a close second. They were a little more difficult to put on, but felt good once in place. They have a band at the top that looks like it would constrict and cut off circulation, but magically do not do that. The band turns into a very good transition from the compression to my skin at the top. They came up to just the right spot on my leg and stayed up on my leg well without any falling down. They have a shiny reflective texture in the calf that is a bit different from all the others. They do come in a rainbow of colors and I have ordered a pair in blue to try.3.) MoJo Elite Recovery & Performance Compression Socks – These are a very close third. They are a little more difficult to put on than the Endurance Shield 360 and do not do as good a job of transitioning from the sock to my skin at the top. They do come in many colors and I have ordered a pair in blue to try.4.) Go2 Compression Socks – These were too short and left a mark on my leg where they were constricting at the top. They were difficult to put on. I am in the process of returning them.5.) Blitzu Power Performance Sport Running Socks – These were the most difficult to put on. They were very short. The band on the top really cut into my leg and restricted circulation. I am in the process on returning them. They all stayed up on my legs and did not sag or fall down during movement. They all provided relief from the swelling that used to occur. Many of my friends noticed that I was wearing something different and asked about it.It has taken a couple of weeks to try all these socks and over that time I am glad that I submitted to the wishes of my family and doctor. The swelling is greatly reduced and I feel great. Health is more important than fashion.

Absolute must!
I know it seems silly to spend more than $15 for 1 pair of socks, but if you are active and get swollen legs from varicose veins and can't stand TED stockings because you're not 80 years old and think it's ridiculousness to put those monstrosities on everyday- then these are worth every penny! They are thin enough to wear as work socks but can be worn too for workouts. They are a perfect compression, tight enough to actually help while also being difficult to get on, but not too tight behind knee or anything. Once they are on, they make your legs just happier. They help me with running and just aid with swelling from sitting at work. I am a 6'1" athletic gal and get the large size. I think if you are skinny or shorter definitely do smaller so they won't be too long. They wash very well and are a wonderful quality! Amazon Prime will have them at $19 sometimes which is great and then I try to afford one or two more pairs!

Excellent results
My first foray in to compression socks, but after dealing with sore calves and Achilles from biking and running, I decided to try this new compression trend and I'm so glad I did. These have made a huge difference for me. I will wear these when running, and I try to wear them for at least a couple hours after exercise whether that running or cycling. I will also wear them during sleep which is where I've noticed the biggest effect. Whilst I hate sleeping with socks on, I can in the morning walk normally without stiffness or tightness from wearing these socks. Just to be sure, I stopped wearing them for a couple nights after doing a decent run during the day (13km) and the next morning was aches, pains, and stiffness. These socks have been excellent and highly recommend them.Notes:- They definitely run tall. Depending on how much you stretch them up, they will probably run to or slightly over your knees. I am 183cm (6ft) with long legs and these easily overlap my knees if I stretch them up like I would a soccer sock. However, be a bit more gentle with the pull and they sit perfectly below my knee.- From other reviews and reading in to compression socks in general, I expected them to be tighter and harder to put on. I can put these on almost like any normal sock without any trouble, they really are easy to put on. They don't feel 'tight' when pulled up (and I have large calves), but they obviously do enough to be very effective.- I am a US12, UK11, EU46, JP30 foot and these are a perfect fit. I feel as though these might be on the too-big side if your feet were any smaller than this.

Sturdy, supportive, comfortable socks
I had bought X-Socks Run Energiser and Accumulator Socks before which were expensive but also good for running. When the supplier of X-Socks did not have stock, I bought 2 pair of Vitalsox. I have now be running on them for about 6 months and they are comfortable and durable. They seem to fit tighter around the ankle and a bit more flexible in the upper calf which seems to work better for me. They are easier to get on. Cushioning is not quite as good as X-Socks but still good. Also much better value for money. I will buy them again. Recommended.

Better fit than expected
Was concerned these may be too small for my cankles but they fitted fine. Have yet to test them out on a long haul flight. Good quality compression socks. Easier to put on than I imagined.
