Using these at home for therapy
I bought these to do an exercise I do at therapy with my legs, basically side stepping down the hall. I have been using the yellow one so far exclusively and it's been months. It's held up very well, is comfortable, and has good resistance.

The bands are nice, thick enough so they don't roll. Sliders are good. I have only used them on carpet but they work well. I would recommend this product.
