My journey so far with this supplement has been very positive. For many years I had a hormone imbalance (menstrual cycles less than 21 days) and a high-stress response to life's challenges. I primarily took Ashwagandha to support the adrenals which take over as the primary estrogen producers in a woman's later years. I am mid-forty, and Ashwagandha has lengthened my cycles again back to normal. My stress response has considerably improved, and I've lost stubborn cellulite and gained muscle. I've jumped-rope for years, so this is a breakthrough! My strategy is to take this supplement once-daily, not look at any electronic screens past 9 pm, go to bed and wake up early, and do my 20min jump-rope routine 3-times a week. I hope that continuing Ashwagandha will also help resolve my diffuse hair loss, which was initially triggered by a stress event. I ordered this mainly for my joint aches, pains and fatigue. I have used Ashwagandha in the past but Terralabs is truly unique in its quality, concentration and purity. I’m also happy that it’s organic and vegan too-:) The capsules are average in size and I had no issues in swallowing them personally. I love the fact that it helps lower my cortisol levels which gets elevated by inflammation, stress, fatigue and other factors within my body. I have also seen an improvement in my mood somewhat. I also found that it helps increase my energy levels considerably as I’m in my mid-40’s now. I feel my vitality is much better and my fatigue is relieved in an hour or two after taking the supplement. I have also seen a marked improvement in less joint pain as I suffer from Osteoarthritis so this seems to be helping me with that too! All-in-all I’m very happy with my purchase-:)

Only used it for a few days but the product looks solid.Previously I have used a different KSM-66 product which I was satisfied with, but I have decided to try a new brand in a search for something even better. Terralab's product seemed like the best choice to try. KSM-66 works wonders for anxiety, and so far Terralab's ashwaganda works as well if not better than the competition I have previously tried.The bottle itself is really high quality – made of thick glass, with an aluminum lid on top, and the capsules are easy to swallow.I am very satisfied overall.

My overall satisfaction with the product is way above the expectations that i had towards it.I haven been taking it for just a week but i already feel improvement in my mood and energy levels.Motivation to do my daily life routine is much greater than before i started using Ashwagandha.Additionally i noted increase in my strength growth curve which is a great benefit since i work out a lot!!!This stuff will make an alfa male from you in no time.Amazing merchant!!

I was skeptical about this product, but I have had good results, I take other prescribed medicines and well I have not needed them since using Ashwagandha, which is really what I had hoped for a natural alternative. My sleep has also improved as well, I can't give 5* for sleep as I have sciatic problems, but things have most definitely improved

Pro: First time taking this product, but it has been a life changer. Firstly I have notice great improvements over my sleep quality. I have taken this product for over a week now and my sleep it so much better. I wake up much fresher and I feel like I had actually had a good night sleep which hasn’t happened in ages. The actual effects of this product may be influenced by other external or underlying factors, so this should be taken into account when taking this product.Cons: The taste and smell are a bit unusual, but it does not seem to have any other downsides.

Finally a high quality, no b/s brand, which really stands out. No long list of dodgy additives, no cheap untested ingredients, and completely organic. When I asked them for their organic certification I received a reply within a few hours - that's the level of customer service others could learn from! I will definitely be reordering.

Whilst going through a very stressful divorce i developed anxiety, stress and couldn't sleep for more than 3 hours at night. I bought this product and it has been like a miracle. It has really helped my body and mind to relax and greatly improved my sleep at night. I feel it has reduced my anxiety and given my body more inner energy to cope with the trauma. I wish i had heard about ashwaghanda years ago, but at least i know about it now!I started with a daily 500mg dose 30 mins after lunch so that it could help me relax at work. I then read that it is safe to take up to 1000-2000mg daily so i upped the dose to 500mg after lunch and 500mg at around 5 pm.This higher dose really helped my anxiety, stress and improved my sleep. I will continue with the higher dose whilst going through this stressful time, but will reduce to one tablet daily for longer term use. I haven't had any side effects ( i take no medication ) and am generally healthy. It can make you a bit sleepy at the higher dose but not drowsy or groggy and in my highly strung state, this helped my body to relax and therefor sleep.I choose this brand because i wanted organic high quality and it delivers !
