Sunsetter - Flagpole, 20' Telescoping

Really happy with this, love not having a rope. Will have to see how long the plastic flag retainers last though. Usually the sun is hell on plastic.sUpdate September 25th,2016.The pole for the last month has taken to collapsing the top section almost daily. I go out and find the flag all scrunched up. The button seems to have plenty enough tension so it has to be the wind blowing and working on compressing the button. Factory needs to address this issue, I am sure I am not the only one this has happened too. Perhaps a setscrew to lock in place.

I just bought my fourth pole. One to replace my worn 11 year old pole and one each for my two neighbors who are the best neighbors in the world. Nothing is wrong with these poles that a little common sense won't fix. The main problem is leaving them up during storms or high winds. They are made to telescope easily so you can let them down even if the wind has started getting hard. I failed to do that operation on unit one and it got difficult to let down due to hole elongation and other damage due to my ignorance. These new three will be lowered before storms andwill probably last 15 years or more as I said Ole # 1 is 11 years old and is in the garage and could be used if we needed to add more US national flags. Treat aluminum with respect and it will outlast the best steel. My firs thought was to tell one of the complainers that he didn't have to climb the poles to take the flag down, that's the only way I could figure he had torn it up so bad. And finally DO NOT LUBRIBRICATE these poles in and mannner shape or form. It says so, but I actually caused one prpblem with lube on #1,

If I could score a zero I would. The spring pins do not extend out far enough and the holes have become elongated. Pole movement by light winds cause the pole to repeatedly collapse. The pole is not 3 months old. Do not buy this pole if you have and wind or breeze.

This is the second one I have bought and it is a very good product,I would recommend this flagpole to anyone interested.

Can't say enough about this flag pole. Very easy to install and more importantly, so very easy to use. The telescoping design is excellent, the pole sections are made of high quality aluminum and when fully extended, looks beautiful. If installed properly can withstand pretty much anything Mother Nature can throw at it. Have already had 30-35 MPH winds with two flags flying with absolutely no issues. Love this flag pole!!

Product arrived damaged, would not stay extended and in slight wind,collapse. Third pole I've owned, they all fail in 3-5 years. Design is flawed.

Quality product made with heavy duty aluminum so it can withstand high winds. I fly a 3'x5' USA flag and a double sided 3'x5' POW flag, 24/7. This flagpole can take the load.

We love our flag pole. Neighbor had us put one up for him too. Then another neighbor is requesting. Yeah, they are nice. We use with a solar light on top
