Ok, so I'm always experimenting with health & wellness products so take this with a grain of salt (could be placebo or something else I tried), but I think these really helped me sleep better. I had been reading and hearing for a long time that blue light from electronics screens right before bed disrupts sleep, but was unwilling to give up looking at my phone or laptop in bed and assumed it didn't really matter that much - I already sleep "fine." I frequently read e-books on my cell phone before falling asleep. I use sleep tracking apps (like fitbit and sleepcycle). I immediately felt more rested when I woke up. So, A week after I added these screens to my phones, I looked back at my sleep data and saw a noticeable change in the quality of my sleep when the screens were added. Less "restless" and "awake" times during the night. So, the data seems to validate my subjective "more rested" feeling. I haven't used other blue light filters, so I can't speak to the quality of these compared to others. Just thought I'd share my experience. In my opinion, it's worth a try if you frequently look at screens right before bed. I took off one star because in bright daylight (outside), the screen does make it more difficult to see details on the screen. Not sure if that's avoidable by trying another brand or not.

Very easy to install and so far seems to be helping with blue light protection. There is apparently a misprint in the instructions, but the seller e-mailed me before I even received the product to explain how to properly put it on, so there was no confusion. It's a great product for the price - comes with 2 screens, a card for smoothing on the screen protector, and a soft cleaning cloth to wipe your phone screen off first.When caught in sunlight it does make your phone harder to look at because it creates a blue screen, almost like you have a privacy screen on your phone, but this can easily be counteracted by turning up the brightness on your phone screen.

Product claims to block blue light, but it appears to do nothing. Compare for yourself the image of a computer screen viewed through the product filter with an image of IOS 9.3 Nightshift mode from [...]It is very easy to install and I'm sure it would make a fine screen protector. But that's not what the product description says.Image on the left is the product. Image on the right is what Apple's bluelight blocker function looks like.On the plus side I was able to return it without any problems.

Easy to install. Only one particulate on the screen, which is much better than others brands. I had to peel back adjust to not cover the camera. It would have been better if you can peel from top down, not down up.

Seems to work very well, and the manufacturer was also in contact to make sure it worked well for me and to answer any questions. They even provide an e-book on blue light, and seem to care a lot about their customers.
