I got the patches but I only did then once a day not really sure if they work or not

This product does nothing, waste of money

Definitely have more energy from these. Too early to know about weight loss but better sustained energy during Covid is helpful for me.

Haven't used it enough to. know.Two days there is no different.

I was happy to find my energy go up and felt less urge to snack.

Patches are not “sticky” but stick onto body well. Once you take the patch off, you can not reuse it so don’t think you can save it for another use. It may cause red spots when you remove it, but DUH it’s sticking to your body with some sort of adhesive! I’m sure when you take a bandaid off it leaves red marks as well. No biggie. I used the patches on nights I missed getting enough sleep and it help me have a natural awaken feeling. Not jittery at all.

I ordered this and I was excited to use it, I thought it would be similar to the Thrive patches. I applied them on the back of my shoulder. I was disappointed that they made me itch like crazy, I could hardly sleep at night from constant scratching.

These actually do work I noticed a difference in my energy levels definitely.The only downfall I would say is it leaves a sticky residue on you for quite a few days even after scrubbing!
