what are the dimensions of these cups?

They are about 4.25 inches high by about 2.75 inches across the middle of the top and 2 inches across the middle of the bottom. They hold 10 oz to the top of the cup.

Is there much of a rim on the base? Does much water pool in the base after dishwashing?

There is no rim on the base, but it is slightly concave and so collects a small puddle in the dishwasher. We bought these cups to replace ones with an annoying lip at the brim that filled with water in the dishwasher and required picking the cup up and flipping it to dislodge the water. The water that collects on these only collects if the cup happens to be perfectly level in the dishwasher, and is easily dislodged by bumping the cup.

I don't sure about BPA,but i think those cups are good for babes~very normal~not so bad~not so good
