My little helper
I work full time and have recently started the first of a twelve-week intensive class which has me spending much of my time studying or in front of a computer. The last thing I want to do on the weekends is spend my limited free time vacuuming our trilevel townhome. Now I have bObi and I don't have to worry if my floors are clean and I can focus on other things, like watching haunted ghost shows or taking naps with my dog.The bObi does a great job of keeping our floors clean. We are two adults and one dog. Our dog doesn't shed too much (he's a pug). But I'm a stickler for clean floors. We also live in a converted old warehouse/factory type place with exposed brick walls that are a bit crumbly. I do make sure to sweep the brick dust and crumbles away from the wall to make it easier for bObi to pick up. bObi does well on wood floors and on low rugs. If your rug has tassels or fringe, it would likely be difficult for bObi to clean. The sensors seem to steer it quite well and it avoids running into walls or going down steps. If your bObi gets stuck and can't free itself, it will eventually shut itself off. One time mine got stuck under an ottoman. It was a sad sight. What I find most impressive is how much bObi picks up. I don't run it every day but I'm still amazed at how much dirt and dust is collected. The debris container is easily removed to be emptied. I've read some other folks rinse it in the sink, I have yet to do that. One handy tip is to have some canned air in order to really clean out the dust and dirt. The battery/run time seems to exceed what is projected on the Bobsweep website. I believe the run time is 75 minutes but I know mine has run for close to two hours. My only con is that the remote and bObi become unsynched quite often. It's an easy fix of switching off the power to the bObi, holding down the 'ok' button and flipping the switch back to on. However, it is a little annoying but definitely not a deal breaker. When it comes down to it, this is easily one of the best things I've purchased for myself. It gives me back a lot of time I would normally spend vacuuming and it keeps my floors cleaner since I am able to run it multiple times a week. I read a lot of reviews and comparisons of robots and I feel sound in my decision to go with a Bobsweep brand. For the price, there is really nothing better. If you really want to feel like you're living in the future, turn on your bObi while you make dinner in your Instant Pot. It's better than the Jetson's.

Go ahead, buy it.
The media could not be loaded. Wow. I can’t say enough about this vacuum. I have been skeptical as I have friends that have Roomba’s and they were always getting stuck and people were frustrated. Saw this for a good price and gave it a try as we have a husky and 2 children in our home. My wife was getting frustrated keeping up with all of the rain we have been having so I wanted to help. Bobi is like our new best friend.Day 5 with Bobi pet and after charging her the first night she runs like a champ. Setup was easy and I set her up to run, go home and fully charge when her battery’s is low and then go out again. She runs probably 3 times in a 24 hour cycle for 2 hours a time. The remote makes her easy to control if needed. My wife now only has to go around to a corner or so with a dust buster and not the big vacuum, much easier on her. The Bobi takes care of the rest. We have hard wood downstairs with multiple rugs, some short and some long, and the Bobi transitions very smoothly from one surface to the next. Bobi also goes under stuff you don’t want to like couches and tables.I rated her 4 stars because Bobi is cluncky at times. She can’t see certain things and pushes a chair around here or there. I could see how if you did not have heavy furniture like us Bobi could cause some issues. All in all though she is a blessing. Thank you.

Didn’t want to be disappointed
I’ve had this vacuum for about a month now. The battery is already faulty. It also has no idea how to find its way back to its charger. The vacuum will die and then beep in place until I get home to move it back to the charger.

Pretty but dumb
I own 2 of these.... this product is a certifiable dud, unfortunately. I bought both at the same time during a lightning sale, I had one robot vacuum already made by Deebot and owed a couple of iRobots prior. So what’s wrong with it? Well almost everything. The sensors don’t work, both my bobi vacuums have a nasty habit of rearranging smaller furniture... yes you heard right the vacuum sensors don’t seem to work at all and the robot plows into things all the time, it’s it light enough, it will move it from one end of the room to another. The virtual “walls” and automatic cradle return don’t not work either. You can line the stupid thing up 12 inches away, you can see the lights on the cradle flashing and the vacuum still misses it. As I had said I have two of these - one after only about a years worth of light use has fallen apart and a battery that does not last longer than 15 minutes. The wheels falling apart is likely going to be chronic problem since the vacuums plow into walls and continue to push for a few seconds before correcting their path. The wheels produce torque Stress on the plastic parts as the wheel grips and tries to push without give. They are loud (not only when they are dragging a bar stool across my tile floor) and their cleaning patten Logic is non existent. The one positive note is the customer support, they will send you replacement parts quickly during the warranty period. But do yourself a favor and buy an iRobot or Deebot, the warranty is great but I can’t see these last much past the warranty period.

Effective and easy to clean dirt and hair out of the Brush’s after it cleans.
Love this vacuum and how it works. Has picked up a ton of pet hair every time. I run it while I am home. My cat seems less disturbed by it then my dog.. Sophie follows it intently barking when it changes directions . Very easy to remove the dust cup and wow does it collect dust! Sneezing less since I got it.

It's just ok. Not spectacular by any means
I went with the reviews when I bought this product, was hoping it would help combat the dog hair/kid crumb issue. It does ok. Not fantastic by any means. I don't love it. I have 2 kids under 5 and a shepherd/husky mix that SHEDS. I routinely vacuum and I was hoping this would help me from needing to vacuum so frequently. It gets the surface a bit cleaner, but there is still hair. It doesn't come close to doing as good of a job as my shark. I haven't tried it on my hard surfaces yet, baby gates are in the way, but maybe it'll perform better on those.
