I have only used this a couple of times since I purchased it, but it seems to be made well. I haven’t had any issues as of yet and it seems very realistic.

Good For Beginners
I've used this a couple of times and it seems to work! Not sure how it holds up after many uses, but first few, can barely see the holes from the needle. Good for the fledgling suturer.

Good for the price
It's a really good suture pad especially for the price. I like that the dermis is pretty realistic, in terms of thickness, and the entire thing also simulates tissue drag pretty accurately as well.

I loved how the different layers were shown, but I wasn't able to practice suturing at all! The needles torn through the material and the suture did the same!
