Probably the best cleaner for a gasoline engine
This stuff is probably the best injector cleaner for a gasoline engine. Simple to use, and most of the the time my wife will later mention her car is running really well, and ask me what I did to it. It just works. One tank of fue,l hopefully short trips and a bottle of this, if you injectors or intake (non DI cars) were dirty, you will notice better idle, mpg and acceleration.Packaging is more directed towards shop use, not the consumer, and this is the stuff shops have used at a 100% markups for decades. Simply cheap product to use, typically regularly around when you change your oil.

Recommended by my Mechanic
Years ago my mechanic recommended that I use BG44K to clean out my cylinders because they had become carbon loaded from sitting so long. It worked! Before using BG44K my camaro z28 was running really rough and missing the occasional cylinder. Afterwards, it was running smoothly and all cylinders were firing normally. (A quick thank you to my mechanic who could have charged me for hours of labor and parts, but instead pointed me in this direction.)Since then we have used this product in a mulititude of vehicles. It has been a game changer in some of them. This item is worth every penny if you follow the easy set of instructions.Happy driving!

The best fuel system cleaner on the market!
I have been using BG 44K AND MOA in all my cars for over 10 years. It's proven to do exactly what it says it does. I add one can in my fuel every other oil change. And I add one can of BG MOA in every oil change. My engines run smooth and never have any issues. I drive all my cars passed 120k miles. And all my engines are crystal clean inside. BG hands down it the ultimate product for all automobiles.

Misfire "sorta" fixed
Cyc 1 misfire in 2013 Dodge Dart- after I changed the plugs, coils, top gasket, fuel injectors, I tried this and it worked great while it lasted! Helped with vibrations, rough idle, and increased gas mileage for that tank of gas. I was hope engine just needed cleaning but I ended up having low compression (and failed oil test). But I'd stand behind this product!

Only Fuel System Cleaner I trust
Been using this stuff since 1990. I've seen the results of its use, so I know it works, and it works well, unlike that cheap stuff you get at most auto parts stores.

Best fuel cleaner on the market. Recommendrd by Audi and VW
Been using this for over 25 years. Even my daughter noticed the improvement it made in her A4 engine without me telling her I had put it in the tank.

You will never know unless you add this
Just like most folks I can be pretty skeptical about any additive that over promises and under delivers to that promise. WELL, you need to try BG 44k! I am a fan of BG products and have used a multitude of them from my early days driving around in my VW rabbit. I now own a 2019 Tundra 5.7 with 50k miles and was noticing that the idle was not all that smooth as it was at 20k. So reading through the forums, this product was recommended by a number of folks. Since I am not picky about the gas I put in my truck, I am sure that the lower quality generic brands of gas I use is not all the cleanest, leading to some build up in the motor. After adding this to my tank that was half full (~18 gallons) I took a long road trip where I ran it down to just about empty (low fuel light lit) and then refilled the tank with some normal 87 octane gas. All I can say it that after that run, my truck runs better than it did at 20k. No more sluggish acceleration (better throttle response), the idle is super smooth now and I actually gained a 1mph increase in fuel economy. I know folks will call BS on the fuel economy increase, but I swear it happened, as I have a lead foot and know how much of a gas hog the Tundra is... This was witnessed by making the run from PA to MA on one tank, over 400 miles, which is the max range of the truck and still had plenty of gas left over before the low fuel lite would be coming on.Yeah it is a bit expensive for what it is, but I like the results of what I got from using it in my truck.
