Love! This book is way more in depth than just about the booty.
Love this book. I work out at home and have lost 23 pounds on my own. Now that I am at my goal weight, I am ready shape my body beautiful. This book explains it all. There is so much great information about the benefits of exercise and good health. This book is way more in depth than just about the booty. I feel more confident that I will achieve my body goals, with the information I learned in this book. Thanks so much Daysha!

Enjoyed!
I really enjoyed this read! It was straight to the point without a lot of off topic rambling. It was a very easy to read, clear to understand, and informative book. I really enjoyed the illustrations to assist with the exercises as well.

Great book!
This was a very helpful & informational guideline to follow in terms of how to exercise the RIGHT way versus the "quick & easy way without proper guidance". It's not just a book on how to exercise, but a proper way to learn nutrition AS you exercise in your daily life goals. I loved this book & recommend it to anyone, both beginner & advanvced.

So helpful!
It's really hard to start a fitness journey when you have no idea what to do but this book helped pinpoint what I really need to do to get started and be able to maintain a healthy fitness routine! Read this book in one sitting and I can't wait to get started!

Comprehensive and highly informative
This is a comprehensive book that properly summarizes the important diversity in ones work out regimen, eating habits and how processed foods are essentially devastating to ones metabolic rate. A must read, not only for women but for all that want to increase their knowledge in fitness
