Amazon did not respond regarding my inquiry regarding the shipment of the lollipops, however, days later from posting my initial review Spargo Sweets wrote me a hand-written note with replacement lollipops properly packaged! The lollipops are all intact and not melted at all! They look great! That’s what I call customer service! Thank you Sparko Sweets!This product came with no packaging in the box and almost all of the lollipops are broken. I have a very disappointed little girl who was expecting to give these to her friends as a thank you.

Ok so I was disappointed at first but this company is awesome as they made it right!! I am ecstatic as many companies would not do this! Thank you Mary at sparks sweets!!!! Will order from y’all for the birthday parties to come!!!

I was a little wary of ordering these because of some reviews said that some lollipops arrived broken or “melted”, but I took the risk. Most of my order are beautiful (like the picture of the pink and purple ones, attached).However, three blue ones (attached) unfortunately look like they hadn’t set before packaging. I don’t think it was heat from mailing, since they aren’t really stuck to the wrapping, and the others are ok.I contacted the seller, hoping for a quick replacement as I have a mermaid birthday party for my daughter in a few days. We'll see...

I am a Grandma planning my first granddaughter’s 1st birthday party and her theme is Mermaid. I thought these shell lollipops were perfect and I ordered them without reading the reviews. I received my package today and out of 12 which I paid $15.99 for, 4 of them were completely ruined. The blue are melted and have chipped edges and the pink is completely crushed. I am extremely disappointed in this product. Very expensive for poor quality. The marketing is great- they show you perfect pictures of shell lollipops. Do not waste your money on these!

I really wanted these to be great, but all of the blue ones looked like they had melted. Instead of looking like shells, they looked like blobs. Very disappointing.
