For the price 5 stars, but for daily use 4 stars
I am sorry to say I cannot give this product 5 stars for a couple of reasons. The first reason are the horrible eartips. This scope comes with 1 set on eartips on the scope, with 2 extra sets. The eartips are screw on, and they feel like they are drilling a hole in your head even after you adjust the eartubes to spread them out. I hate, hate, hate screw on eartips. If you have ever had a stethoscope with one you already know, they will unscew on you and they will fall apart on you randomly. Nothing like missing a eartip and shoving a piece of metal in your ear. Do it once and you will never forgot the sensation, trust me. There is a fix. Get a ADC Adsoft eartip adapter piece. It has a piece that you screw on after a drop a crazy glue and then it allows you to use the ADC soft tip eartips by sliding them on without the fear of jabbing metal into your ear or having you eartips fall out making your stethoscope useless. Ok this fixes what is my single biggest complaint about this stethoscope, but you had to spend some extra $$ to get the fix, the others are really small and more of a style problem. So if you are in the medical profession (if not why even bother looking at this stethoscope purchase a cheap one) you understand this is simply another tool you must use to help heal people. It must be functional and useful or it simply useless. The next problem I have is when you stretch the eartubes so you don't crush your skull the eartubes don't conform back so they are open now. Which isn't a big problem, it just looks funky and hangs off your neck clunky. This scope is also heavy. I mean the chest piece is as heavy as a $10 Sprauge stethoscope. In all honesty it is not as good as this stethoscope American Diagnostic Corporation Adscope Lightweight Cardiology Stethscope, Black, Adult, 16 Inch But I must defend this scope here and say it is cheaper the one I mentioned. The acoustics are good, on par with the review sample I mentioned. It much heavier, but the other one is a lightweight scope. If you're looking for a chinese knock-off of a ever so popular stethoscope look no further than this one. Even the broken english of the paperwork it ships with all but screams at you copy. All the details are there right down the screw on eartips that the other company stopped making more than 20 years ago. If you are in school and hard up for the cash but want everyone to think you are baller, get this scope. It is a decent deal with some modifications. I mean really stethoscopes are all crazy freaky overpriced anyway for a simple PVC tube tool. Enjoy, hope this review helps. By the way I am a Respiratory Therapist if this adds any needed credibility for my review.

Pleasantly Surprised
Arrived in 1.5 days with my prime membership. Stethoscope is actually a lot better than I imagined. I can hear quite well with it. I do wish the small bell also had a diaphragm. I purchased it because I have lost 2 expensive stethoscopes and refuse to pay the money just to lose another one.

Doesn't Last Very Long
This is a very inexpensive stethoscope, but you get what you pay for. It was only a couple of months before one of the ear pieces got lost. I managed to find a replacement. Then the rubber piece that covers the smaller bell starting pulling off every time I took it out of my pocket. It wasn't long before that got lost too, and there's no replacement for that. I suppose you could glue on the ear pieces and maybe you can glue on that rubber covering for the bell and have a pretty good stethoscope. However, if this is something you are going to use for many years, do yourself a favor and get something like the Littmann III. It's lighter & smaller and easier to put in your pocket. The sound is a little better. It is built to last. It is much more comfortable. And if you tend to lose your stethoscopes, get a nametag or engrave your name on the bell.

(Didn't want to take my good one). I am a CRNA
I have a littman cardiology and this works almost as well. No problems. I bought it because of value, I am going to Haiti on a missions trip and wanted something reliable that I could leave there. (Didn't want to take my good one). I am a CRNA.

For my grandson
I purchased this product for my grandson who is an EMT. He seems to like it and is making good use of it.

My grandkids like to play with it
I am not a health professional and so I really do not know what I “should” expect but this did not live up to my expectation. While I can hear a heart beat with it it is not nearly as loud and distinct as I expected. I mostly bought it out of curiosity so I guess it doesn’t really matter. My grandkids like to play with it.

Fantastic
Everything is crisp and clear even in a loud moving ambulance with the sirens on. I can easily make out lung sounds and BPs without issue. It's holding up pretty well with no significant signs of wear and tear. For the price this is a steal.
